When you haven’t had an appointment for longer than 6 months you will require a reactivation so that we can update your medical history and perform a full examination.

Rebates and subsidies
If you have private health care and bring your physical card, we can claim for you on-site. If you forget your card, we simply email you your invoice so that you can claim online.
DVA and CDM/EPC patients are welcome.
